Billing
Description
To ensure a smooth process, we require payment prior to service unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payments: major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (in select situations). Late payments: all outstanding balances must be settled before the completion of your ride.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our clients while maintaining efficiency, we have set the following cancellation guidelines:
Standard cancellations
- Sedan & SUV reservations: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid fees
- Stretch limos, sprinters, or specialty vehicles: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
Late cancellations
- Cancellations made within the 24-hour or 48-hour window will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of pickup time will result in a 100% charge of the total booking fee

We reserve the right to waive or adjust fees for cancellations due to extreme weather, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. Proof may be required.
Overages & Wait Times
Description
Clients are granted a grace period of 15 minutes for standard pickups.
Wait Time Policy
- After the grace period, a wait-time fee of $2 per minute will be applied
- If the wait time exceeds 60 minutes, the reservation may be considered forfeited, and cancellation fees may apply
Airport Pickup Policy
- For domestic flights, a grace period of 30 minutes is provided from the actual landing time
- For international flights, a grace period of 60 minutes is provided
- After the grace period, a wait-time fee of $2 per minute will be applied
- If the wait time exceeds 90 minutes for domestic flights or 120 minutes for international flights, the reservation may be considered forfeited, and cancellation fees may apply
Overage Policy
- Reservations are based on agreed-upon time slots
- If service extends beyond the reserved time, an overage charge of $125 per additional hour will apply
- Overages are billed in 30-minute increments to ensure fairness
- Continued service is subject to vehicle and driver availability
Payment & Enforcement
- Overages and wait time fees will be added to the final bill
- Clients must acknowledge and agree to these terms at the time of booking
- The company reserves the right to charge the provided payment method accordingly
Car Seats
Description
- Complimentary car seats are available upon request
- Please specify the number and type of car seats needed (infant, booster, etc.) at the time of booking
- Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis
- Car seat installation is the responsibility of the client
